How is the maturity amount calculated?+
The platform accrues interest daily on the principal at the rate stated in your plan. The calculator on this page uses the equivalent annualised math (principal × rate × months ÷ 12 ÷ 100) so the maturity figure matches what your signed agreement will show.
Are the rates shown here actual rates from live plots?+
The slider lets you try any rate between 8% and 20%. The actual rate offered on any given plot is shown on its property page and depends on plot category, tenure, and the project. The suggestions below are filtered to plots whose entry price is within ±25% of the amount you entered.
Will I really get exactly this amount at maturity?+
You will receive what your signed investment agreement says you will receive. The calculator shows the contractual maturity amount, not a projection. Returns are not market-linked, the rate is fixed at the time of booking.
What if I want to exit before the tenure ends?+
Early exit is possible but follows a defined process and may incur a small administrative fee. Speak to support before you book if early exit matters to you.
