My dashboard isn't showing my latest investment

Usually a caching delay. Hard refresh, then try logging out and back in.

If you just completed a booking and the dashboard hasn't caught up:

  1. Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
  2. If still missing, sign out and sign back in. This clears the session cache.
  3. Confirm the payment actually completed by checking the email confirmation you should have received.

If the booking email is missing too, the payment likely didn't clear. Check the "Payment failed" help article in this section.

If the booking email is present but the dashboard still doesn't reflect it after 5 minutes, write to support with the email screenshot and we'll force a sync.
